Daniel Aritonang S.H

Managing Partner

Prior to founding Draksa, Daniel served as a lawyer at Widyawan & Partners, in association with Linklaters, a globally recognized international law firm. With over seven years of professional experience, he has developed deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), dispute resolution, and restructuring and bankruptcy.

Daniel advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, construction and real estate, manufacturing, trading and retail, entertainment, and technology. He is a licensed advocate and an active member the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Indonesian National Association of Legal Auditors (PAHN) and the Indonesian Association of Mining Legal Consultants and Advocates (PERKHAPPI).

Daniel graduated with honors (Cum Laude) in February 2018 from Binus University, majoring in Business Law. During his time at university, he served as the Vice Project Officer for an event titled “BVoice 20th Anniversary – the Infinity of Frequency” and was actively involved as a reporter.

Raden Farhan Kamil, S.H

Founding Partner

Before co-founding Draksa Law Firm, Farhan gained valuable experience by working at several well-established and highly regarded law firms in Indonesia. Throughout his legal career, he has been actively involved in a diverse range of legal matters, particularly in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property rights protection, and restructuring and bankcruptcy.

 

Currently, Farhan focuses his legal practice on dispute resolution as well as restructuring and bankruptcy, where he advises clients on complex commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, and corporate recovery strategies.

 

Farhan is a licensed advocate and an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He also contributes to the professional development of the legal community through his role in the PERADI Young Lawyers Committee.

 

Academically, Farhan holds a Bachelor of Law degree in Business Law from Binus University, where he built a solid foundation in both legal theory and business principles.
